What we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email, optional mobile number, saved cigars, smoke journal, notification choices, event interest, and cigar suggestions.

How we use it

We use this information to run your Lanco account, personalize cigar suggestions, respond to requests, and send the updates you selected. We do not sell your personal information.

Email messages

If you join the Lanco List or turn on account notifications, you agree to receive the email categories you selected. A one-time event reminder is sent only when you explicitly request it for that event. We record basic delivery results such as sent, delivered, delayed, or bounced so we can fix failed addresses; the management report does not use email opens as proof that someone read a message. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Automated promotional text delivery is not currently enabled.

Your choices

Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link. Account holders can also change individual categories, remove an event reminder, or stop all notifications at any time. You can ask us to update or remove your information by contacting Lanco.
